Summer at Zegin this year was once again dedicated to young people, their potential, and their first professional steps.

Young pharmacists and pharmacy technicians had the opportunity to be part of a different kind of practical experience – Summer Club ’26, a program designed to provide hands-on experience, develop skills, and introduce participants to real professional work.

Following a successful first generation, this year Summer Club continued with an even greater number of activities, new content, and opportunities for learning and development.

During the summer days, our interns had the opportunity to get acquainted with the daily operations at Zegin, gain practical knowledge and skills, and learn from experienced professionals and mentors. Through direct involvement in work processes, they were able to connect theoretical knowledge with real-life situations and challenges.

However, Summer Club ’26 was not just about practical training – the program also included activities dedicated to personal and professional development, such as soft skills training, workshops, interactive sessions, experience sharing, and socializing.

Special emphasis was placed on developing communication and teamwork skills, initiative, responsibility, organization, and self-confidence – competencies that are essential for every young person taking their first step into the professional world.

Summer Club ’26 is our investment in young people and their potential.

We are proud of every participant who took a step forward this summer, faced new challenges, gained new knowledge, and built new friendships.
