The project “SFERA – In a New Era – My Career” was selected among the top three in the Enterprise (1000+) category at the prestigious “Best Regional HR Practices 2026” competition, held in Rovinj, Croatia, where it won third place in the category of companies with over 1,000 employees, in strong competition with companies from across the region. The finalists had the opportunity to present their projects at the HR Days conference, held from April 21st to 23rd.

This significant award represents a confirmation of the company’s strategic approach and its commitment to the development of human capital, as well as to the creation of modern HR solutions and practices, and the establishment of a work environment that fosters career growth and employee engagement.
