HR Business Partner

Job description:

  • Development, implementation, coordination and control of programs for reward systems, performance evaluation, organizational development and communication with employees;
  • Developing development and motivational programs for employees (motivation and reward models);
  • Working in close cooperation with the management;
  • Management of changes and action plans for their implementation;
  • Evaluation of organizational culture and plans for its improvement.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • High professional specialization (advantage social sciences, psychology, management, business administration);
  • Experience in processes related to organizational culture;
  • Experience with all phases of the human resources cycle (job planning, recruitment and selection, orientation, training and development, reward systems, performance evaluation);
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office.
