Development, implementation, coordination and control of programs for reward systems, performance evaluation, organizational development and communication with employees;
Developing development and motivational programs for employees (motivation and reward models);
Working in close cooperation with the management;
Management of changes and action plans for their implementation;
Evaluation of organizational culture and plans for its improvement.
Required Qualifications:
High professional specialization (advantage social sciences, psychology, management, business administration);
Experience in processes related to organizational culture;
Experience with all phases of the human resources cycle (job planning, recruitment and selection, orientation, training and development, reward systems, performance evaluation);
Excellent knowledge of the English language;
Excellent knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office.
