On June 4th, we were part of an event at Progresiv Akademia within Vincini, dedicated to the topic “Business Development through the Development of Human Resources.”

We had the honor of presenting our “Summer Club” project as well, a recognized HR practice that successfully connects high school pupils and university students with real work experience, preparing them for their first professional steps.

By sharing our experience, we discussed the importance of investing in young talent, practical education, and creating opportunities for development.

We are grateful for the invitation and the opportunity to be part of an event that highlights the key role of human resources in building successful and sustainable organizations.
