The Zegin company united the citizens in a humanitarian race

On June 9, the “Zegin Spectraton Humanitarian Race – Race of heroes in all colors” was held in the Municipality of Aerodrom.

The race was organized by the Zegin company and the Dr. Verica Mehandziska Foundation, and the funds collected from all registration fees of the registered participants will be donated to the Association “In my world”, for the reconstruction of the first regional social club for adolescents with the autistic spectrum. Apart from the funds from the subscriptions that were collected, the company Zegin and the Foundation “Dr. Verica Mehandziska” set aside another 50,000 euros for a donation to the Association “In my world”.

More than 1800 citizens ran in the name of humanity, love and a world equal for all.

The races were divided into several categories:

10 km race

5km race

Relay race 2x5km

And children’s races of 150, 300 and 500 m.

A rich package followed for all registered participants, and there were prizes for the best in all categories.

Runners had the pleasure of running on a certified course, and all visitors enjoyed entertainment, music, games for the little ones and refreshments.

Such events are an indication that social responsibility should be an important segment of all companies and individuals who can greatly help improve the quality of life of those who need it most.
