Motivation means care, attention and recognition of effort and dedication. For companies it may be little, but for the employee it represents a desire for further trust and a desire for success.

As a result of daily work and dedication, the Zegin company awarded 15 best employees selected according to the result achieved for the past year 2023 with a six-day trip to Italy – Tuscany and Cinque Terre. Employees from retail – pharmacies, warehouse – logistics, online shop and commerce had the opportunity to participate.

Zegin expresses immense gratitude to all his colleagues and especially to those who had the opportunity to win this prize trip, because in this way a precise evaluation can be made of those who daily direct their knowledge in a high-quality, ethical and empathic way, just the way as befits the company.
