Basic tasks and responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of sales strategies;
  • Coordination of pharmacy teams for sales promotion;
  • Plans sales through a monthly, quarterly and annual reward system;
  • Makes a constant analysis of sales and market structure;
  • Proposes promotions, projects and other activities in order to achieve planned sales;
  • Preparation of a weekly routing plan and feedback on implementation;
  • Cooperation and communication with the entire management team for operational and strategic decisions to improve operations;
  • Checks of the situation in the field through business plans and reporting;
  • Prepares sales reports and market analysis;
  • Reviews and confirms weekly plans;
  • Actively participates in improving the quality of employees’ knowledge by managing existing and new tools to improve the training process and internal learning process.

Required qualifications and skills:

  • Graduated pharmacist with at least one year of pharmacy work;
  • Flexibility to work in the field;
  • Work and knowledge of computers (MS Office package);
  • Having a driver’s license B – category;
  • Positive attitude towards changes;
  • Ability for individual and team work;
  • Excellent communication skills.
