Personnel administration specialist:

Basic tasks and responsibilities:

  • Drafting Contracts and Annexes for employment
  • Application of employees in AVRSM
  • Management of personal files of employees
  • Monitors and leads the process of systematic reviews of employees, vacations and participates in the administration of salary and benefits
  • Preparation of documents for redistribution of employees
  • Preparation of documents for FZOM and Malmed (registration/deregistration, health)
  • Drafting of rules, codes and procedures in operation
  • Monitoring of changes in legislation and programs of the relevant institutions
  • Cooperation with inspections from the inspectorate of labor, safety and health, public health and other relevant institutions
  • Submits necessary documentation to the relevant institutions
  • Drafting of decisions, solutions and notices in the field of labor relations
  • Reporting to work on a holiday and annual reports for working hours
  • Management of Safety and health at work, reports of accidents at work

Desired Features:

  • Supreme Court, Lawyer
  • Work experience in the field of Human Resources
  • Experience in work related to legislation in the field of OSH is an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows and MS Office suite
  • Driving license B category
