Responsibilities:

  • Support in the salary preparation process
  • Preparation of documentation in accordance with legal regulations, salary policy and personnel administration policy
  • Participating in the preparation of reports and metrics for decision-making with employee compensation and benefits
  • Continuous monitoring and analysis of salaries (internal and external comparison “benchmark”), as well as determining the complexity of jobs and gradation of salaries
  • Provides support in the area of ​​personnel administration
