Responsibilities:
Support in the salary preparation process
Preparation of documentation in accordance with legal regulations, salary policy and personnel administration policy
Participating in the preparation of reports and metrics for decision-making with employee compensation and benefits
Continuous monitoring and analysis of salaries (internal and external comparison “benchmark”), as well as determining the complexity of jobs and gradation of salaries
Provides support in the area of personnel administration
