Basic tasks and responsibilities:
- Drafting Contracts and Annexes for employment
- Application of employees in AVRSM
- Management of personal files of employees
- Monitors and leads the process of systematic reviews of employees, vacations and participates in the administration of salary and benefits
- Preparation of documents for redistribution of employees
- Preparation of documents for FZOM and Malmed (registration/deregistration, health)
- Drafting of rules, codes and procedures in operation
- Monitoring of changes in legislation and programs of the relevant institutions
- Cooperation with inspections from the inspectorate of labor, safety and health, public health and other relevant institutions
- Submits necessary documentation to the relevant institutions
- Drafting of decisions, solutions and notices in the field of labor relations
- Reporting to work on a holiday and annual reports for working hours
- Management of Safety and health at work, reports of accidents at work
