Basic tasks and responsibilities:
Development and implementation of sales strategies;
Coordination of pharmacy teams for sales promotion;
Plans sales through a monthly, quarterly and annual reward system;
Makes a constant analysis of sales and market structure;
Proposes promotions, projects and other activities in order to achieve planned sales;
Preparation of a weekly routing plan and feedback on implementation;
Cooperation and communication with the entire management team for operational and strategic decisions to improve operations;
Checks of the situation in the field through business plans and reporting;
Prepares sales reports and market analysis;
Reviews and confirms weekly plans;
Actively participates in improving the quality of employees’ knowledge by managing existing and new tools to improve the training process and internal learning process.
Required qualifications and skills:
Graduated pharmacist with at least one year of pharmacy work;
Flexibility to work in the field;
Work and knowledge of computers (MS Office package);
