The program “My Career My Future” is a special part of the talent program Zegin Youth and it aims to promote employees who, in their career development in the Zegin company, have acquired a higher job position and the opportunity for improvement. The emphasis of this program is on leadership as a foundation for building stable teams with great potential, teams that will bring results and influence Zegin to remain a market leader.
Employees who are part of the talent program and who have shown interest and ambition for advancement in the company, receive full support and opportunity to attend additional, functional training on various topics that will be useful to improve their skills, needed for the current job positions of the employees, and will also have an impact on their efficiency and easier completion of current work obligations.
