The Zegin Youth project consists of several interconnected sub-projects, including:

  • “Zegin Sphere” and Training Center – an internal learning platform with interactive content and a training center specially designed as a space for the development of employees, students, and high school pupils.
  • “My Career, My Future” – Talent Program – career development through training and upskilling for personal and professional growth, including recognitions and reward trips for the most successful participants in the project.
  • “From School Bench to Career with e-learning SPHERE” – a program for high school students conducted alongside their formal education.
  • “Student” – Student Program – a program for students that offers learning through interactive content, training sessions, and participation as student brand ambassadors.
  • “Summer Club” – paid internship work for high school students and university students through mentorship in a real and simulated pharmacy within the training center.
