The mentoring process is a dynamic and interactive process of joint learning that takes place over a longer period of time and in several steps.

Who will lead the mentoring program?

A team of our pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and sales assistants created the mentoring program which represents their personal contribution to a successful and effective mentoring model.

Implementation of the mentoring program?

“Welcome Training” from the HR sector;

  • What are the benefits of the Mentoring Program, assigning a mentor, notifying the mentor about the start of the program;
  • First meeting – the mentor and the mentee, defining the duration of the mentoring program in phases;
  • Records of activities by the mentor for the results achieved together with the candidate.

Sector - Human Resources

  • Familiarize the mentees and the mentors with the mentoring program;
  • Monitor the mentoring process through periodic interviews with mentors and mentees;
  • Respect the confidentiality between the mentor and the mentee.

Responsibilities of the mentor:

  • He is available to the mentored person;
  • Mentoring according to the mentoring program;
  • Shares his knowledge, expertise and helps in learning;
  • Guarantees the confidentiality of the information shared with the candidate;
  • Gives appropriate feedback and answers the mentee’s questions.

The mentoree is obliged to:

  • Respects the mentor’s time;
  • Is open to cooperation and receives suggestions and feedback;
  • Guarantees the confidentiality of the information shared with the mentor;
  • Actively participates in the process, follows and asks questions;
  • After completing the program, he/she takes a test.

Management is responsible to:

Conducts a periodic review of the evaluation process.

The mentoring program includes:

  • Training for pharmaceutical technicians who do not have a certificate for passing a state exam;
  • Training for pharmacists with a Master of Pharmacy license;
  • Internship for 6 months mandatory – with a mentor;
  • Internship (paid internship) – summer.

During the entire mentoring process, the mentor should strive for the mentee to be ready to successfully pass the professional exam.
