Introduction of work

Induction of work for the new employees is the process of providing guidance, instruction and education to people who have recently started working at Zegin. The company structure, culture, work procedures, work responsibilities, work tools and the people they will work with are part of the guidelines that new employees will receive, with the aim of easier and faster adjustment to the new workplace.

One of the most practical ways of training that job candidates and new employees will have the opportunity to meet is the specially created gamification platform – “learning through play”, through which new skills can be acquired in an interesting, fun and unique way. knowledge in the field of pharmacy and the range of products we offer.

Given that pharmacy is an extensive and ever-changing industry, and we aim to follow pharmaceutical trends, the best way for young staff to gain additional knowledge is through paid internships and ongoing support from more experienced employees. Employees have the opportunity to more easily overcome work challenges by working directly in the work environment, using all the necessary tools to perform work duties. In this way, employees are specifically directed to a certain goal and solve certain challenges.

The application of the proven methods for the development of support for new employees and their qualification is what encouraged us to introduce the mentoring program “My Mentor”, which aims to connect the new employee with his mentor. The goal is for the mentor to give him advice, guide him and help him master the work material and pass the final professional exam. The mentoring process is a dynamic and interactive process of joint learning that will be realized over a longer period of time and will take place in several steps:

  • Establishing an employment relationship
  • Assigning a mentor
  • Drafting and approval of a mentoring program
  • Implementation of a mentoring program
  • Preparation for passing the professional exam

In the middle and at the end of the mentoring program, a mandatory evaluation of the candidate and the mentoring work of the mentor is done, based on which a decision is made for the further course of the mentoring process.

During the mentoring program, a contract will be signed between the company/mentor and the mentee.
